Sponsorship

Since 2013, Atlandes has been committed to promoting art, culture, sport and health in the area crossed by the A63 Landes motorway. This proactive approach, which creates lasting links and unexpected encounters, strengthens the local roots of this key route and adds an extra "meaning" to the concessionaire's primary mission.

Musicalarue

Transforming a motorway service area into an open-air stage, showcasing a host of artists, means daring to create an unlikely cultural space! That’s what gave birth to “Une Aire de Fête”, which since 2017 has become a not-to-be-missed annual event synonymous with open-mindedness and great discoveries for the whole family.

This free, friendly gathering is an opportunity to support street arts companies selected and invited by the Musicalarue team. Every year, they bring the Océan Ouest area to life with talent and mischief, much to the delight of young and old alike.

As well as supporting artists through shows and entertainment of all kinds that make culture accessible to as many people as possible over 2 days, this event also gives pride of place to the Castets music school, whose orchestra also performs on site.

As part of the drive to open up and share even more, the event now welcomes elderly people from the retirement home and young children from the after-school care centre. As well as being a leisure event, it also offered a chance to raise awareness, particularly about waste management with The Sea Cleaners.

This is a natural way for Atlandes to demonstrate its commitment to bringing life to the area around the A63 and to forging links with local people, town halls, schools, associations and other partners.

Musée d’Orsay

Organised jointly by the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Bordeaux and the Musée d’Orsay, the Rosa Bonheur exhibition made quite an impression in 2022. Atlandes has joined forces with the Musée d’Orsay to sponsor this exhibition, which honours an avant-garde woman whose work echoes the Landes region.

The landscapes linking Bordeaux to the Basque country around the current A63 landes, seem to have been a source of inspiration for Rosa Bonheur, and it is this territorial anchoring that has led Atlandes to support this exhibition.

The artist’s interest in flora and fauna makes \”sense\” in terms of the environmental approach adopted by Atlandes as part of the transformation of the Nationale 10 into the A63 motorway. The wildlife crossing created to the north of the Saugnac- et-Muret toll plaza provides beautiful images of roe deer, stags and wild boar, echoing the superb works (paintings, sculptures, sketches, etc.) by Rosa Bonheur.

Finally, this independent and deliberately modern woman is reminiscent of the spirit and positioning of Atlandes, an independent company focused on innovation.

Perle Bouge, paralympic champion

Making a commitment to the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games by supporting Perle Bouge, the Paralympic rowing champion: another adventure resulting from encounters for Atlandes. This sponsorship initiative, built around the region and its people, is also of great benefit to motorway users.

The story is beautiful and rich in meaning. Perle Bouge trains in Bayonne and Bordeaux and regularly uses the A63 Landes motorway. The road is very much part of her daily life. By supporting this high-level para-athlete, particularly in her travels, Atlandes also hopes to help change the way people look at disability.

The second challenge that makes this partnership even more meaningful is that of prevention and road safety. As someone who has been involved in road accidents, Perle Bouge strives to work for this cause, and its participation in awareness-raising activities in the presence of patrol officers helps to support the dealership’s messages by changing people’s attitudes.

By promoting this example of rebuilding through sport, Atlandes is associating itself with the values promoted by sport, starting with inclusion, while making this adventure a “living” partnership for the benefit of driver safety.

Mont-de-Marsan hospital

In addition to culture and sport, Atlandes also supports the health sector in the Landes region. A long-term partnership has been established with the Mont-de-Marsan intercommunal hospital. It’s a useful approach for the hospital, and one that has also led to the development of joint synergies.

For several years, Atlandes has been a patron partner of the Mont-de-Marsan hospital. At the same time, in addition to its financial support, Atlandes wanted to create interactions to collectively implement specific prevention operations along the A63 Autoroute des Landes for a public that remains distant from it. In 2019, SAMU teams took part in the #HeWorksICare event, providing first aid training at a motorway service area for lorry drivers of different nationalities, as well as patrol officers.

In 2023, Atlandes’ contribution has been specifically targeted at the Labouheyre medical and psychological centre for adults and children, which, because of its location, is closely connected to the motorway.
