How to settle a toll non-payment notice (CNP) or a payment notice

• By credit card on our website by clicking here. Payment can be made immediately for payment notices and between 48 and 72 hours after they are issued for CNP.<br>Please try again later if your passage does not appear.
• By cheque sent to our head office in Pessac
• By bank transfer by requesting the RIB from contact@a63-atlandes.fr

You have 15 days to pay your CNP free of charge. After this period, a payment notice will be sent, including a fixed penalty of €90 (art. R.49-8- 4-1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure).

After 60 days, if the payment notice has not been paid, the case will be referred to the relevant Public Prosecutor's Office (OMP) for the application of an increased fixed fine of €375 (article 529-6 of the Code of Criminal Procedure).
